> STARTED FOR FUN. NOW IT'S A STUDIO.

No camera.
No animator.
Just Claude.

I started making these two clay characters for fun. Every frame, voice and caption comes out of a pipeline I built inside Claude Code, and I'm sharing the Reels on Instagram as I build. Next, I'm packaging the whole studio so you can run it too.

01 / HOW IT STARTED

It started as a
weekend experiment.

I build AI automations for a living. One evening I wondered if Claude Code could make a cartoon, start to finish, from nothing but a topic. Within two days, a deadpan developer and his overconfident AI sidekick were arguing on my screen. So I kept going: real voices, a camera that moves like someone is holding it, jokes that land. Now I'm turning it into something you can use.

  1. 14 OCT 2026

Designed the cast and built them from code. First test render.

  2. 15 OCT

Gave them voices. First full Reel with real banter.

  3. 16 OCT

Rebuilt the camera so it moves like a real operator, and wrote the directing rules every Reel follows.

  4. NEXT

One command. A topic goes in, a finished Reel comes out.

  5. THEN

The Studio kit and the community. Waitlist first.

Real numbers only. I'll share views, followers and revenue here as they come in. No made-up dashboards.

02 / THE CAST

Two original characters.
Zero actors.

Dev, the original slate-blue clay senior developer with headphones and coffee

DEV

Senior developer. Deadpan by default. Has seen every AI bug twice.

The Sidekick, the original glossy lime clay AI assistant with a violet underside and pixel face

THE SIDEKICK

AI assistant. Helpful, allegedly. Never wrong, in her opinion.

Built from code, not stock art. The kit lets you design your own duo.

04 / WHY IT'S WORTH LEARNING

Three ways this
turns into income.

01

Grow a character channel

Post original characters without filming yourself, and build an audience you own.

02

Make ads for brands

Create UGC-style product Reels for e-com brands with your own characters and ideas.

03

Sell Reels as a service

Offer short-form video to businesses that would rather leave the production to you.

No income promises. What you earn depends on what you make and who you sell it to. I'll show my real numbers as I go.

05 / ON THE WORKBENCH

One studio.
A few ways in.

Waitlist hears first, with a founding price.

The Studio kit

The full project, ready to run. Just write the topic.

The Guide

Step by step, including designing your own characters.

The community

New formats as the tools change, and reviews of your Reels.

Done-for-you

For brands that just want the Reels.
